Introductions arrive by referral from existing clients, advisors and partners. There is no application, and our register is not published. If you have received a referral, please write to us and an advisor will respond within one business day.
Approximately one third of the register is offered publicly. The remainder are private offerings — represented only to a small circle of known buyers with the owner's written consent.
We maintain permanent offices in New York, Los Angeles, Aspen and the Côte d'Azur, and work regularly in London, Paris, Milan, Palm Beach, Cabo, Kyoto and Sydney through long-standing partners.
The Register is our members' programme — an annual calendar of private gatherings, journeys and introductions held quietly across our global network of owners.
Yes. A substantial portion of our practice is dedicated to buyer representation, including off-market search mandates that may run quietly for several years.
No residence is photographed, mentioned in print or shared online without written consent. Every advisor is subject to a strict confidentiality protocol, and we decline mandates that require public marketing when the client prefers otherwise.
Fees are agreed privately at the outset of each mandate and are commensurate with the scope of representation. We are always happy to discuss terms in person.
